Delete Your ITM Account

Steps to Delete Your Account

1. Send an email to support@itm.studio
2. Use the subject line "Account Deletion Request"
3. In the email body, please include:
   • Your full name
   • The email address associated with your ITM account
   • A brief reason for deleting your account (optional)
4. Our support team will process your request within 5 business days

Data Deletion Information

When you request to delete your account:

• All personal information associated with your account will be permanently deleted
• Your user profile, including name and phone number, will be removed
• Any moments you've attended with ITM will be deleted
• All echoes sent to you by brands will be deleted. You will not be able to recover these.
• Your transaction history will be anonymized
• You will not be able to recover your data even if you log in with the same phone number after deletion

Please note: Some information may be retained for legal and accounting purposes for up to 30 days after account deletion.
